Since 1998, our team has succeeded In understanding the needs of different communities and tailoring programs to serve them all.

iTennis, Inc. was founded by former U.S. Junior National Champion, Stanford All-American and Wimbledon competitor John Letts. John was a top junior and collegiate player and then ranked in the top 100 in doubles on the ATP tour. Following his ATP tour career, John attended Northwestern University School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 1994. He then practiced intellectual property law for 4 years with Chicago based Brinks, Hofer, Gilson & Lione.

In 1998, John decided to return to his first love of tennis and entered into his first community contract with the City of Pasadena in 2002 and immediately created a flourishing tennis community there. The company has now expanded to employ more than 50 tennis pros at facilities in Pasadena, South Pasadena, S. El Monte, Arcadia, West Hollywood and Riverside.

In 2009, John Letts partnered with former top tenner and 1980 Australian Open Champion Brian Teacher. Teacher and Letts are co-owners of the Andulka Park Tennis concession in Riverside and have established a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization Let’s Teach, Inc. Teacher also serves as a Master Director of Tennis for all iTennis facilities helping to manage and improve the standard of iTennis instruction.
